To increase the likelihood of exploitation after the project, an exploitation roadmap will be developed.
Taking into account the experience gained during the previous Eurofleets and Eurofleets 2 projects, the specific aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management will be handled in a bilateral way between RBINS and the concerned beneficiaries. For each identified exploitable result, the background and the expected results coming from each partner will be carefully investigated as well as the IPR claims. Depending on the considered exploitation pathways, adequate protection measures will be identified and, when applicable, exploitation agreements drafted. Actions undertaken concerning IPR issues will be reported to the Innovation committee and included in its reports.
