The annual General Assembly of Eurofleets+ project took place on the 29th of March 2022.
During the day, all the partners got the opportunity to review the last year and discuss relevant developments for the project.
Upcoming new activities such as ship to shore initiatives during TA cruises, training programmes, and workshops were highlighted.
The afternoon was welcomed by Dr. Peter Heffernon with a presentation on Horizon Europe Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030”.
Eurofleets+ next steps and the experiences of the PI and Co-PI of 2021 TA Cruises were shared with more than 60 partners.
It was noted that the project has achieved impressive progress during 2021. The coordinator, Aodhán Fitzgerald, thanked all partners for working hard to achieve challenging milestones and deliver the Eurofleets+ results so far.
